ABOUT THE DBE SERVICES PROGRAM
The goal of the DBE Supportive Services Program is to boost the presence of certified DBE contractors and consultants in KYTC projects, increasing the dollar percentage allocated to DBEs. Additionally, the program aims to foster the growth and self-sufficiency of DBEs by providing support in navigating business processes with KYTC, ensuring compliance with necessary regulations, and successfully achieving the program's defined goals and objectives.
The program offers the following services:
- Workshops tailored for contractors and consultants.
- Ten distinct training classes available.
- Capacity building and developmental assistance provided through the Business Development Program.
Established in 1982 as the Construction Estimating Institute, CEI is an independent supportive services provider with over 30 years of experience in training and assisting construction professionals. Our comprehensive services include business development support, assistance with DBE certification, technical and business management training, as well as DBE database support and bid matching services.
